794 rooms come with private terraces overlooking the ocean or lagoon. 107 units are reserved for members of the time-share Vacation Club. The remaining 687 rooms include 64 junior suites, 1 governors suite and a presidential suite. 2 rooms have been specially adapted for persons with disabilities. All rooms equipped with A/C, cable/satellite TV, telephone with dial-up internet access, mini bar, coffee maker, safe and private bath with bidet. The Royal Service floor features express check in, pillow menu and a butler. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, swim up bar, full service health spa, business center with computers, conference rooms, banquet halls with catering, dry cleaning valet, gift shops, travel desk, medical assistance, room service, child care and baby-sitting service. Guests may add the All Inclusive meal plan option at the front desk, 3 day minimum required. 5 restaurants featuring La Perla, La Cascada and Prosciuttos and 5 bars/lounges including live entertainment on premises.

Jessica38I wish they had a better all-inclusive plan, it seems a little pricey. Their restaurants are good but pricey as well. We end up eating outside the hotel alot.

blossomThe Royal Service was very good. If I was not staying in the Royal Service section, I think I'd choose the FA Condesa next door, because the Melia is just so huge.
